Especially all kinds of high-grade and fine printed products, such as wine boxes, cigarette boxes, medicine boxes, gift boxes, electronic boxes, cosmetic boxes…etc., can be die-cut and embossed to obtain three-dimensional, exquisite and beautiful packaging products.
FEEDER SECTION
- The design of pre-loading device is improved, it can use pre-loading cart, or also can move the stacking papers to feeder pile by manual forklift.
- Powerful suction feeder head with four lifting suckers and four forwarding suckers, feeding papers stably and smoothly.
- Special spiral blowing device makes paper forwarding smoothly.
FEEDER TABLE
- Tilting feeding table is more suitable for high speed paper transport and positioning of thin papers.
- Side positioning using pull and push side-lay devices, easy to switch for different sheets selection.
- Switchable speed reducing device, which is favorable for high speed positioning of thin papers.
DIE CUTTING SECTION
- Pneumatic locking system for die cutting board frame.
- The front-lay positioning can be micro-adjusted by four individual points for different paper conditions.
- Using advanced technology, the position of each gripper bar can be adjusted forward and backward to achieve accuracy requirements for product processing.
- Full sensor detection with HMI display to monitor the machine for troubleshooting.
WASTE STRIPPING SECTION (OPTIONAL)
- Triple synergistic waste removal device, the action is harmonious, accurate and powerful, can effectively clean variety of special-shaped wastes.
- Double deck drawer design, can install, discharge and adjust up and down stripping moulds and tools quickly.
- Use electric control lifting device for up deck.
DELIVERY SECTION
- Equip with security system for inspection personnel.
- Adjustable segmented brush and air blowing device to stabilize the paper stacking.
- With tension and buffer device for transmission chain of gripper bars.
